What makes our beer truly stand out?
It’s brewed with 100% Kobe Water – “Rokko Nunobiki Water,” straight from the mountains of Kobe.
And yes, we’re proud to say: we’re the only brewery in the universe using this exact water.

You might be wondering, “Does water really matter that much?”
Oh, it absolutely does.

Craft beer is all about locality.
We believe that for a beer to be truly “craft,” it has to be rooted in its place —
made with ingredients and ideas that can’t be replicated anywhere else.

Every recipe we use is completely original.
So no matter how far you search the globe, you’ll never find another beer that tastes quite like ours.

This particular water is medium-hard, rich in minerals,
and those minerals? They give our beer its clean, crisp finish and a depth of flavor that lingers beautifully.

私たちが作るビールのいちばんの特徴は、「神戸ウォーター 六甲布引の水」100%仕込みってところ。
そう、この天然水でビールを造っているのは、宇宙広しといえど、私たちだけなんです。

「水って、そんなに大事なの？」って思うかもしれませんが…
めちゃくちゃ重要です！

クラフトビールって、要するに“地ビール”。
土地の味、水の個性、空気感までを取り込んで、その場所でしか作れないものになるのが理想だと思っています。

私たちのビールは、完全オリジナルのレシピで仕込んでいて、
世界中どこを探しても、まったく同じ味のものは存在しません。

この六甲の水は、中硬水といって、ミネラルをしっかり含んだ味わい深い水。
このミネラルが、ビールにキレの良さと深い余韻をもたらしてくれています。

And yes — we fetch the water ourselves. Every single time.
It’s super heavy, and honestly, kind of brutal work.
Totally analog, totally old-school.
But that’s just our style — and we truly enjoy every bit of it. Even the hard parts.

水は毎回、自分たちで汲みに行っています。
めちゃくちゃ重くて、正直かなりの重労働。
しかも超アナログなやり方なんだけど、それも私たちのスタイル。
この手間も含めて、ビールづくりの楽しさだと思っています。
