Before We Knew It, We Were Making Beer.

We started brewing beer here in 2015.
To be honest, we never imagined we’d end up making craft beer ourselves.

But then… things just kind of happened.
(We’ll save the story of that little twist for another post!)

It felt a bit like surfing — we caught a good wave, went with the flow,
and before we knew it, here we were.

Life, we believe, is all about learning how to ride the flow without fighting it.
And we’ll say it loud and clear: sometimes the best things happen when you just go with it.

私たちがこの場所でビールづくりを始めたのは、2015年のこと。
最初は、自分たちがクラフトビールを作るなんて、
正直まったく思っていませんでした。

でも、ひょんな流れで気づけば醸造スタート。
（※この「ひょん」についてはまた今度ゆっくり書きますね）

まるでサーフィンみたいに、いい流れにふわっと乗っていたら、気がつけばここにいた、という感じです。

人生って、いかに流れに逆らわずに、でも自分らしく乗っていくか。
それこそが大事だよね、って私たちは声を大にして言いたいのです。
